President Jonathan’s Advice To Daughter, Husband

President Goodluck Jonathan who gave out his daughter, Faith in marriage today advised the newly married couple.
He gave the advice while speaking at the wedding reception at the International Conference Centre, Abuja saying
“ My advice is that, today is a very special day we are all smiling and dancing but also note that there will be periods when the relationship will not work smoothly. That is a part of the life of husband and wife.”

“There is no couple that will not have some moments when their faces will not be too bright, but it depends on how you reach out and really find time to understand themselves. And we pray that you have a really happy married life and we will continue to pray for you as your parents.”

“Our duties as parents is to continue to pray for you, to encourage you and if there are some issues you feel we can solve, you can tell us. But don’t depent on your parents to solve your matrimonial problems. If you have disagreement with your husband…., don’t always run to parents or get advice of your mother or father, sometimes, they will not give you the best advice. Because your parents are analogue people while you are digital generation.”

Next week, striking Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics lecturers may embark on a "massive protest" in the nation's capital Abuja. ASUP president Chibuzor Asomugha declared their intentions while speaking on a radio program on Friday morning.

He observed that the last meeting between the government representatives and the striking lecturers was held on March 26 in Abuja. Since then, the Union president said, they had not heard from the authorities.

Mr. Asomugha said it was agreed at the last meeting that the government delegation would brief President Goodluck Jonathan and come up with a "Memorandum of Understanding" that would soon be signed by both parties.

Although the Union president did not specify the date of the protest, he indicated that market women, students, lecturers and labour unions concerned with how the federal government was treating polytechnic education in Nigeria would take part in it.

He, however, added that the Union is still seeking an amicable solution to the situation and had appealed to Senate President David Mark, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives Aminu Tambuwal for their intervention. Senate President Mark promised to look into the matter after conclusion of work on the 2014 budget. The budget was passed by the Senate on Wednesday and by the House on Thursday.

Pastor Adeboye’s Son & Wife Talk Aout Marriage

RCCG, General Overseer, Pastor Adeboye's son, Leke Adeboye and his wife Titilope in a recent interview talk about their marriage, and why they chose to wait after their wedding night to have sex amongst other things.

Hello Mr and Mrs Adeboye, it has taken 7 mountains and 7 hills but thank God we are here now lol.. Thank you so much for agreeing to do this! It’s a delight to be able to hear your story and more importantly, share to bless people. Could we please start off with a brief introduction?

Leke (Introducing his wifey): Introduction of Mrs Titilope Rachel Adeboye.. How do I introduce this fine hottt lady.

She is the first born of her family of 4. Raised by amazing parents! That’s one of the things that personally pulled me to feeling the girl - her wonderful character. Like, I got to know her and if your parents can trust you enough in this day and age to give you all your school fees at once and the card to their accounts for you to withdraw money as the need arises, at will – then that says a lot about you.. That says a LOT about you.. Forget that she’s my wife, for any random girl – that is still amazing! Lol

Demba Ba scored a late goal to send Chelsea through to the semi-finals of the Champions League at the expense of Paris Saint-Germain, with a 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge enough to send Jose Mourinho's men through on away goals with a 3-3 aggregate scoreline.

Eden Hazard limped off 17 minutes into the first half with what appeared to be a hamstring injury, although replacement Schurrle opened the scoring with a fine finish from 12 yards out on 31 minutes.

The Stamford Bridge side hit the woodwork twice in two minutes early after the interval, with Andre Schurrle cracking a shot off the crossbar before Oscar whipped a free kick against the frame of the goal as the hosts looked for an all-important second goal.

How A Guy Shows He Loves You

Its not all relationships that lead to something much more. say Marriage. While sometimes Ladies work themselves out just to know how much they mean to their partner.

She Is a Woman, a Wife, a Butterfly

"She is more precious than jewels,
and nothing you desire can compare with her."
Proverbs 31:10
PROVERBS tells us that a good wife is from the LORD. Proverbs is equally scathing about the wife who has not nurtured virtue within herself. It is clear, however, that a wife is destined to be good for life, her husband's ally, a butterfly.

Butterflies are considered graceful by human comparison. They will land upon our hand if we are in a nursery full of them. They land daintily and flutter off just as serenely. They are gentle and sincere, and in their inner beings they are to be relied upon.

To a father his daughter is more precious than jewels. And her husband must understand this. Indeed, a woman's husband must take over from the father and actualize his wife, meaning that his desire is to ensure she flourishes to her potential.

A father has pride in his daughter, because he is charged by God to ensure she is cared for

AMAZING!!! Ten People With Real Life Super Powers

With so many superhero movies around, such as Spiderman or Hulk, we are used to see people with special abilities in fiction. But people with amazing abilities actually do exist in real life; here's a list of 10 of the most amazing Real-Life Superheroes!

1. The Incredible Brain (Daniel Tammet)
Daniel Paul Tammet is a British high-functioning autistic savant gifted with a facility for mathematical calculations, sequence memory, and natural language learning. He was born with congenital childhood epilepsy. Experiencing numbers as colors or sensations is a well-documented form of synesthesia, but the detail and specificity of Tammet's mental imagery of numbers is unique. In his mind, he says, each number up to 10,000 has its own unique shape and feel, that he can "see" results of calculations as landscapes, and that he can "sense" whether a number is prime or composite. He has described his visual image of 289 as particularly ugly, 333 as particularly attractive, and pi as beautiful. Tammet not only verbally describes these visions, but also creates artwork, particularly watercolor paintings, such as his painting of Pi.
Tammet holds the European record for memorising and recounting pi to 22,514 digits in just over five hours. He also speaks a variety of languages including English, French, Finnish, German, Spanish, Lithuanian, Romanian, Estonian, Icelandic, Welsh and Esperanto. He particularly likes Estonian, because it is rich in vowels. Tammet is creating a new language called Mänti. Tammet is capable of learning new languages very quickly. To prove this for the Channel Five documentary, Tammet was challenged to learn Icelandic in one week. Seven days later he appeared on Icelandic television conversing in Icelandic, with his Icelandic language instructor saying it was "not human."
